Scope of Works:

We are proud to have delivered a major facility transformation at Boronia Junction Shopping Centre, breathing new life into the former tenpin bowling alley. Through strategic commercial renovation, we converted the site into a state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre for Woodlands Childcare & Education, providing the community with a premium, fully equipped educational environment.

Works included:

• Engineered precision slab-cutting to retrofit inground water, sewer, and civil drainage systems.
• Delivered end-to-end commercial plumbing, from structural rough-in to final fixture fit-off.
• Safely executed the complete demolition and replacement of the existing roof structure.
• Installed and commissioned fully compliant fire suppression systems and hose reels.
• Mitigated restricted site access through strategic, highly coordinated out-of-hours scheduling.
