VSBA KOSS Program – Grove Group 2024

Scope of Works:

We proudly partnered with the Grove Group to support the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) in rolling out their Kindergartens on School Sites (KOSS) Program. Across four diverse Victorian locations—Wonthaggi, Tootgarook, Lakes Entrance, and Devon Meadows—our team delivered the integrated plumbing, drainage, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure required to bring these vital early childhood education facilities to life.

Works included:

• Provided plumbing and civil drainage across all four locations, with additional electrical and mechanical services delivered for the Lakes Entrance site.
• Executed end-to-end plumbing scopes, transitioning seamlessly from in-factory rough-ins to final on-site fit-offs.
• Delivered complete electrical and mechanical installations for modular units, coordinating both factory builds and on-site completions.
• Installed critical underground services, including site power, water mains, sewer, and civil drainage systems.
• Successfully managed and executed all required water authority connections and network tap-ins.
• Installed and commissioned comprehensive fire protection infrastructure, including pumps, mains, hydrants, and control systems.
