Scope of Works:

Engaged by ICON for the high-profile Homes Victoria housing development in Hampton, our team was tasked with a critical site-enablement phase: diverting an active sewer main bisecting the construction site. Leveraging our status as an accredited South East Water (SEW) contractor, we engineered and executed a seamless diversion strategy. The works ensured the new development's footprint was cleared for ICON without compromising the integrity of the local wastewater network.

Works included:

• Executed the complex diversion and upgraded replacement of 90m of DN225 sewer main.
• Constructed three (3) bespoke, poured-in-situ maintenance holes tailored to the specific ground conditions and site requirements.
• Facilitated rigorous, independent compliance testing.
• Liaised extensively with third-party auditors and South East Water representatives to secure fast-tracked compliance and final operational sign-off.
