VSBA KOSS Program – Modular by Shape 2025

Scope of Works:

Successfully delivered comprehensive plumbing, drainage, electrical, and mechanical trade services for the construction of three kindergarten facilities under the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) KOSS Program. Located across Lysterfield, Traralgon, and Yarrawonga, all works were safely and efficiently executed within live, operational school environments.

Works included:

• Installation of site-wide in-ground power, water, sewer, and civil drainage, along with the upgrade of an existing sewer pump well.
• Comprehensive plumbing rough-in and fit-off for modular buildings on-site, alongside electrical and mechanical rough-in and fit-off completed both in-factory and on-site.
• Delivered targeted trade services including Plumbing & Drainage (Traralgon), Electrical & Mechanical (Lysterfield), and Mechanical services (Yarrawonga).
• Installation of comprehensive firewater systems (pumps, mains, hydrants), detection and EWIS (Emergency Warning and Intercommunication System) networks, and occupancy-sensing lighting.
