West Wollert Community Centre – BowdenCorp 2026

Scope of Works:

Partnered with BowdenCorp to deliver the comprehensive electrical scope for the new West Wollert Community Centre. This multipurpose facility features a three-room kindergarten and early childhood education centre, maternal and child health consulting rooms, a community hall with a kitchen, a library, staff amenities, and landscaped outdoor areas.

Works included:

• Executed mains power connections from the authority infrastructure and sub-main power reticulation.
• Installed comprehensive light and power cabling, integrating DALI intelligent lighting controls.
• Implemented CT metering and Building Management System (BMS) controls throughout the facility.
• Installed and configured the site-wide communications system.
• Deployed Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.
• Delivered exterior open space lighting solutions.
