Rich River Golf Club – Prebuilt 2026

Scope of Works:

Partnered with PreBuilt Pty Ltd to deliver the comprehensive plumbing and civil drainage scope for a premium, three-story modular apartment complex at the Rich River Golf Club in Moama, NSW. Successfully delivered Stage 1 (23 apartments) and established the foundational infrastructure for Stage 2 (15 apartments), which will culminate in a state-of-the-art, 38-unit development upon completion.

Works included:

• Internal plumbing and hydraulic water/waste rough-in to 23 apartments;
• Services run through a central hydraulic shaft;
• All waste pipework sound-lagged;
• Bathroom fixtures installed off-site (modular construction);
• Internal downpipes within service voids;
• Before below-ground sewer, stormwater, and fire services are installed, building placement;
• Onsite connection and commissioning of accommodation modules;
• Installation and commissioning of hot water systems.
